Wall system for sliding doors

A complete wall mounted sliding door consists of the following:
• wall mounted system
• sliding door leaf
• „tunnel” type door frame for the sliding system

Wall system for sliding doors consist of the following:
• masking trim and fender beam made of chipboard and md f
• rail with trolleys complete with a shield
• sliding system is manufactured and delivered in the form of a set of elements
  to be assembled on the site

Finishing

A masking trim and fender beam are veneered with the VERTE veneers (Decor,
Dur, Cortex)

NOTES

The sliding door system should be fitted in the rooms with finished walls (wall
paper, painting, glazing) and floors (parquet, lining, terracotta etc.)

This is a universal two-sided system. In order to change the direction of door
opening it is enough to install the fender beam on the left or right side of
the “tunnel” type door frame, as needed.

Fixed door frame construction

The door frame consists of the following:

Finishing

Door frame, trims, quarter rounds are veneered with the same veneer as the
leaves (Decor, Dur, Cortex)

Adjustable DOOR FRAME construction

The door frame consists of the following:
• a rail and two jambs made of chipboard and provided with necessary
  fittings and accessories
• set of 80 mm wide trims cut at an angle of 450
• the door frame is manufactured and delivered in the form of a set
  of elements to be assembled on the site.

Finishing

Door frame and trims are coated with the same veneer as the leaves (Decor,
Dur, Cortex)

VERTE leaf construction

• frame and panel construction
• rebate system
• no glazing strips
• vertical (40 mm thick) and horizontal (35 mm thick) rails are made of
  MDF; the space between rails is filled with a set of MDF panels (12 mm
  thick) and matt panes of tempered glass 4 mm thick joined together by
  means of colourless U-shaped anti-vibration seals
• the highest quality binder is used to bind veneer with MDF panels in
  order to obtain a durable coating resistant to temperature differences and
  humidity.

Finishing

Door leaf elements, such as rails and panels, are veneered with a synthetic
veneer (Decor, Dur, Cortex)

Leaf edges

• door rails are circumferential coated with veneer – this innovative
  technology has given perfect aesthetic and functional results – there is
  no veneer joint along the rebate edge (vertical rails), while the lower
  and upper rail edges are protected against humidity
• the upper surfaces of vertical rails are finished using Touchwood method,
  i.e. stamped in the leaf colour, whereas their lower surfaces are protected
  with special water-resistant preparation
• VERTE door are complete with a non-adjustable, or adjustable, VERTE
  door frame (the sliding version includes a VERTE set c/w in-wall or wall
  mounted system)

ACCESSORIES

• sunk lock 72 x 55 mm, available in the following versions: lock for
  regular key, bathroom lock, for cylinder insert or with no keyhole

  gloss); they cooperate with the sliding door systems – wall and in-wall
